Amen! I work in a Pizzeria. If you look up the actual calorie count for a slice of Cheese Pizza, its really not that bad. (I believe its 272 calories per slice on average) And that is not even counting if it is lower fat cheese, wheat crust or anything like that. Definitely bring down your incline. Or slow down. Holding on to the bar can decrease calorie burn by about 40%. So basically you are completely negating your calorie burn from your incline. So I suggest start at lower inclines going faster or bring it down slowly until you feel confident enough to walk without falling off.

I have spent the last year on and off workout plans and things like that. I dont do diets cause I live with a few people and we all eat together, so the whole diet thing is a pain.
