oh my gosh, I started about the same weight and have lost the same amount. I would love to be friends. I am sending you a friend request.
-
My children are older, 13 and 11 and I am 45. But I post my workout every day and try to respond positively and honestly to my friends. I am celebrating 120 days of logging today. I am always looking for active MFP friends.

well dam, now I want popcorn...with butter

I would pass on that. Thanks but no thanks, digital is going to be so much easier. I second the look on Amazon. I have 3 scales, just in case one, or two break. I am sure they were all under $20

I was on the fence about raising my calories, but after reading this, I'm gonna do it...just 100 more. Thanks for posting your thoughts and results.

Way to go. You are looking great.
-
I love how this is written and how the pictures are put in. I think you could be very successful in blogging and selling a product...maybe Herballife. REALLY. The weight loss and transformations are fabulous of course. WTG!

are you still in the military? Affiliated with it some how. They are always doing something, check with MWR or one of the many gyms. (I am retired Army)
-
Yes, you should absolutely look into a competition there are some people in here (MFP community) that do them so they could steer you in the right direction. I am sure that preparing would give you crazy, amazing results.

I prefer MFP to facebook. I like to see that they have completed a fitness activity and what it was...somedays that gets me off the couch. I also like to see other peoples food diary for ideas and again motivation for me to do the right thing. It helps me to know others are doing the same thing I am doing and to see them…

I am also at this now what phase...there must be something you want to accomplish? A squat goal, a deadlift. The bodyfat and weight is just food...you can always eat more to keep that at a reasonable level. There is so much more to the fitness equation than weight and body fat, like strength! I myself am stoked that I can…

Please look at all the 1200 calorie threads...1200 calories is not enough..for sure not someone over 200 lbs. Why do you want to be the "biggest loser" that is not sustainable.
-
I look at it this way. Exercise is good for you but for me it takes a little reward. SO... I work out hard and track my calories burned with a heart rate monitor...then I eat them back in a healthy way..like protein and whole foods, not candy. If I didn't eat them back there would be nothing to fuel my next workout and…

I am pro vaccine but anti flu shot, at least for my family. I don't go out much and homeschool my child and they never seem to get the strain right...so, no shot for us, unless we get sick
-
45, lost over 35 lbs, pretty quick. Do the work and you will get the reward.
-
holy shite that toe though!!!!
-
15000-18000 a day, with cardio on a treadmill, with my fitbit blaze... It does not seem to get all my steps on my treadmill cardio days but i'm ok with that...my body knows.
-
I'm 45 and lost 36 lbs so far. Please add me.
-
haha.... i was all in for the shaming to begin.
-
What is awesome is to keep going back...seeing progress in yourself and others and getting cheered along the way. I NEVER judge anyone at the gym...unless they are doing something nasty...like not wiping down the equipment after they sweat all over it...gross. Get there...don't wait!
-
found and starred...still in the November challenge but will of course move here on 1 Dec. Thanks Sam for having this awesome challenge month after month. See you all SOON!!!!

I can't see your diary but... have you had a lot of sodium? Are you weighing in in similar clothing at similar times of the day on the same scale? Are you doing something that may cause you to gain muscle, which weighs more than fat? Is your monthly cycle coming up? Are you weighing and measuring your food accurately and…
-
are you sure about the serving size? Is it from a restaurant or a can? Just cause "they" say it so many calories or servings doesn't necessarily make it true. Did you weigh and measure this "serving"
-
I'm overweight but I can't eat 1200 calories a day, its just too much food. (Oh Please). Oh my diary is locked..but now its open, but I've only been logging halfheartedly for less than 2 weeks.
-
set goals. It was a big thing to me to see 30 days of tracking, then 90, now I am working toward 120.
-
OMG is right. Way to go. That is fabulous
