So to me the elliptial is easy. It has an incline and I usually do level 6,7, or 8 as well as a comparable resistance. When I "run" I cannot possibly go faster than a 10:30 pace for to long. What's for lunch
I was hungry so lunch was early for me, like 10:45. I had 2 cups pasta with one cup sauce and a Tbsp. parmesean cheese. LOTS of calories, but I logged them all and unless I go workout crazy, looks like salad and broth for dinner.
