I just started this week, my fit test was Monday... this is challenging but I will stick with it. I am excited about the end results. I am able to wear two more shirts that didn't look so good on before so that is encouraging.. can't really say Insanity is to be credited but it's still an encouragement. Feel free to friend…

TRY IT!!!! the workouts are 30 minutes, just enough to get the burn and not burn you out.... sometimes those long 55 minute workouts are too much...

week 4- no weight loss (but I didn't gain anything) I lost 7 lbs so far, thanks everyone for the motivation and support...next month I am going to lose 10 definately...

last weigh in on 3/13/11- 232.4 (down a total of 6 lbs since 3/1/11 weigh in)

I started the Zumba 10 day Challenge last Tuesday and that next week I saw some changes, and this was before my 10th day... So I definately recommend it.

Welcome, this site is great. I agree, there is a lot of support here. It's nice to know that people are in your corner through the ups and downs that come with trying to reach your weight goal(s).

I have just friended you, thanks for the support. I will need it, I tend to get relaxed in the weight loss once I am at a point where I feel I have reached my goal. But I have realized that I will always have to watch what I eat and remember to get my activity in.
