on certain days i divide my cals by 4 and try to eat smaller meals through out the day to keep my metabolism on an even keel with a healthy snack in between.

i'm usualy around 50/50 on carbs and protein. but the way this is set up on here, i would never get that many carbs before.it was always more protein than carbs.
