if i'm on a 1630 calorie a day diet,does that mean after so long, i will weigh 163 lbs? i've read that you can base your weight on the calories that you take in. another words,if i take in 1800 a day, you will eventually weigh 180 lbs ? have a great day!
i'm on a 1650 cal diet to loose @10lbs. the carbs are set at 227 and protein at 62. i am struggling to hit the carbs and almost over my protein before dinner. i thought dieting to be low carbs,low fat and high protein to loose weight? does it hurt or slow me down if i go over the protein count?
