Did W8d1 on Monday night and man, did it hurt! It was the most intense run so far and I even slowed it right down to what I'd normally run (7.30 mins/km compared to 7 mins/km). I think I may have thrown up in my mouth a little, but I did it. I finished it. Going to attempt to do w8d2 tonight and I'm slightly nervous after…

I remember week 4, that was my "stuck" week as well! I remember wanting to give up because I just couldn't keep up with it. But I stuck with it, and found that by the end of week 5 I could actually do that infamous week 5 day 3 - and I did it with more energy than I could ever have thought possible. Just remember some of…

Great work Skye! Now it's onto the no-interval runs... you can do it :) I completely agree with the bad runs not being an indicator of the next run - each run is unique. Did the W7d2 and W7d3 - managed to do W7d3 outdoors which I've never done before, and man did it hurt! My calves hated me. I think I'm going to do W8d1 on…

Going to do W7D2 tonight, I'm a bit nervous as I did W7D1 approximately a week ago! I've just had so much on and had a rest day last night so my calves and ankles can calm down a bit (I also play roller derby so the intense training of the last few days has really impacted them). I managed to do a 15 minute run as well as…

How did the w6d2 go??

Week 6 Day 3 completed yesterday - man, that was a challenge! Took everything out of me.
-
Did week 6 day 1 yesterday after an almost two week break (went on holidays). I'm pretty surprised that I actually managed it and that it wasn't as strenuous as I thought it'd be! I'm feeling good.
-
It's nerve wracking leading up to it but you can do it!
-
I did it - I ran for 20 minutes! I can't believe it! Feeling elated.
-
I did week 5 day 3 yesterday instead, and made it!!! Woohoo!!!!!!

Did W5D2 yesterday and my legs are quite sore... granted I ran 11 minutes instead of the 8 on the second interval, but still. The infamous W5D3 is tomorrow. I'm pretty anxious about it, I'm not sure how I'll go with the sore legs but if I need to stop and redo the day a couple of times I'm okay with that.

Completed W5D2 yesterday, I was sneaky and did 11 minutes on the last run instead of 8. I've been doing that the last couple of weeks just to prove to myself that I CAN run 10 minutes. The infamous W5D3 tomorrow.... I'm actually really anxious about this one, I'm not sure if I can make it. But it's okay, if I need to stop…

Great work! Awesome way to start the C25k experience :D
-
That's awesome! I hope to get to that point at some stage! Going to do w5d2 tomorrow.
-
Glad to find more C25kers! I've finished w5d1 and will do day 2 tomorrow. Not looking forward to the notorious w5d3....! I've done ten minute intervals before (got a bit cheeky and ran ten minutes instead of the recommended five, just to prove to myself that I could do it) but 20 just seems so daunting.

That's amazing, well done!! I've got to do that towards the end of this week and I'm so scared even thinking about it!

75 lbs is incredible, and you look wonderful. Keep up the awesome work!!
