I started at a UK 16/18 and now wear 10s, but whenever I buy something new to wear I hold it up and say 'I'm never going to fit into that' and am still shocked that I do. Depends on what you consider to be 'up to par'. We've not been Pals for long, but you chastised yourself for eating 'high fat refried beans' even though you were under your fat goal for that day - maybe you're too hard on yourself? 15min elliptical 500m row assisted bodyweight pull-ups 2x8 assisted bodyweight pushups 6 lat pulldowns 3x8 overhead pressups 3x8 stair machine 2mins then my son/gym buddy felt ill and we had to dash home :sick:

my scales give me a much lower bf% than the online calculator I use (http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/) so I stick to the calculator as I think it's much closer to my actual bf%. As long as you stick to one method though you should get an accurate measure of progress :smile:

We were the only customers in the surf shop so both guys were helping us choose the best wetsuit for my son. I bent down to help him put his legs into the suit and let out an almighty trumpet.
