Today I had lean cuisine for dinner with bird's eye broccoli. My roast wasn't done in time. Everyone saying frozen meals are sodium which can be true but I still manged to stay under my sodium.

My only fear is losse skin๐. My goal weight is 140 which ive been before and my head looked just fine๐. I'm 225lb now. Im over it and I'll tackle the losse skin when I come to it

1000 calories is to low for anyone. You should at least have 1200. I weigh 225. 1700 calories per day to lose one 1lb I've almost been at it month and have lost 5. Get a food scale if you don't have one already.

This week it's mainly salmon and salad. Some days peppered turkey on 21 seeds bread with an apple. Or salad and tuna.. Most time seafood is lunch lol

If I want a higher calorie meal I eat a light lunch and breakfast and save about 1,000 calories for dinner about 200 for breakfast and 300 for lunch. 200 for snack. But if it was me I'd get the pizza or wings. Tonight I spent 900 calories on dinner but didnt go over due to eating light all day!

My town has pf but just opened up a crunch fitness which I'll be joining for $30 a month it includes childcare and classes!

I spent 280 calories tonight on chocolate ice cream I know if I cut sweets out completely I will binge. So I fit it in a few nights a week.
