Im starting over again and need new active friends again. I was losing weight then the pandemic happened i got depressed and gave up. Im a mom of 2 and want to be able to keep up. Would love to have new friends that are supportive 😊

I was going to take a break from the gym before everything got crazy for a few weeks due to not having the extra $60 for the month. So guess it's my YouTube videos at least till April.

I mean I have few Caned items a bag of lentils about weeks worth meat etc but I'm not prepared for weeks. I read an article where it's bad in Italy and there still allowed to go grocery shopping but there's a guard at the door that only allows so many people at a time.

I go with 1lb a week it sets my calories at 1670 instead of 1200. I fail at anything less then a 1lb and sometimes I still lose more.

I'll be having a lot of beers at the end of the month for a friends birthday. I only drink once a month because I drink to get drunk but long as it fits in your calories your good.

I live in a college town in kansas no panic yet. I live paycheck to paycheck at the moment so no extra money to stock up for months guess if we starve I'd lose more weight🤯🤣🤣 jk

I use to be a big drinker. I'd drink at least 4 nights a week I'd go out to the bars. Not 1 or 2 beers I'd get *kitten* faced. I still get drunk but it's more like once a month. I had steak golden roasted potatoes and mac and chesse it was all under 600 calories. But today I visted the discount candy and had 4 chocolates it was nearly 400 calories but I fit it in.
