    February 08: 192.0 I started my new plan in order to figure out what is going on with my glucose numbers. Watching calories more than carbs this time (glucose has been running too low!). Today and yesterday found my glucose too high so I will continue to tweak to see if I can come up with a good weight loss plan without hurting my T2D efforts. I am down 0.1 from yesterday which I will call a normal fluctuation.


    February 15: 194.8 Clearly my Valentine’s Day was wonderful and full of food and candy-filled surprises. Back at it today.

    I like this as I have a a plan to drop some weight and get ready for bikini season this year. I live at the beach and the standards are high! I have been a couch potato for a few months now and found out recently I gained 40 pounds, so I want to get back to my original weight and then continue on to achieve better fitness, and be leaner hopefully.

    I just joined a gym and have had a few workouts in, so I am putting my start date as that day.

    Start date: February 11, 2020
    Challenge Level: 30 pounds
    Beginning weight: 184
    Ending weight: 154

    My first week now I lost 5 pounds which is some water for sure. But I think that this is a healthy target to work with and do-able since I run and do high fat-burning exercises like that. Good luck everyone!

    Joining late but I’m in! I’ll weigh in weekly on Friday’s. Hoping to get within 1 pound of UGW by May 1! I always stall in the “last 5 lbs” so hoping this will keep me accountable.

    @RoseyandReady Thanks for the recognition!! I was messing around in the 171-170's for WAY too long. I have a feeling this is a fluke and my weight will go back into the 170's in the morning lol. Way to go on your check-in! Keep it up!

    I'm in for this. Was doing so well until December hit, put weight on over December and January and just not got back on track or focused since then.Feeling rubbish, bloated blah blah blah ..... You know how it is. So going to try this challenge
    Official weigh-in day will be Friday (although will have sneaky mid week weigh in's too!
