Starving when I don't workout
I always stay under my calories when I workout and don't eat the exercise calories half the time I eat about 1700 if I don't eat the calories I burn. I have the hardest time when I don't workout. I so hungry and can get 2100 calories. What can I do to stop this?

Calorie question!
Hey guys I went over my calories by 670. The two days before tonight I was under around 400. If I eat about 80 calories less every day till Monday it should equal the weekly deficit? It goes by weekly right im kinda new and kind of 😕

Bread!
Has anyone had postive results cutting down on bread. I love bread but I feel like every time I try this it's my down fall! So I have drastically cut down on my servings in bread and upped my veggies. I'm so tired of failing at this . any helpful tips are welcome.😁 :p

Got asked if im pregnant
I went out friday night and one guy asked if inm pregnant and one of my friends told me wow you ve gained weight i weigh 211 i know im not skinny but i've only gained ten pounds. It makes me want to quit and give up.. I could use some friends that will motivate me. Thanks

1000 cals
I just don't understand how people eat 1000 calories or lower don't know. There arm off from hunger I eat from 1400 to 1800 on a bad day.. but anything lower then 1400 I will be miserable.. just a thought

When did u realise you needed to lose weight?

Im new to this. Ive been running two week and walking once week then i add a day wherw i do squats pushups and crunches.. my legs are killing me today so i took rest day. My question is will i always have post workout pain and is there anything i can do to reduce it?

I've been trying to lose weight for awhile but I work almost six days a week second shift I find it very hard to exercise... also soda and junk food get me everytime... and I drink alot... i quit drinking beer switched to vodka and water but I'm sure drinking four days a week does Me no justice. ..advice please
