What's the recommended daily amount? How much do you eat a day..

In the UK it's recommended we eat five 80g portions a day, however, other countries recommend up to 10 of these portions a day. I try and aim for 2 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables, sometimes more depending on what's for dinner. I also try and mix up my veg when I go food shopping so I am getting a variety of nutrients each week and not sticking to the same old... Dont know if that's of any use to you but works for me, recently had my bloods checked and all nutrients were ticking along nicely :-)0
