Green tea

So recently I begin drinking green tea it has been helping with my cravings and non stop eating... which I have not been able to over come I Ll drink one glass after every meal .. I seen articles about it will help with weight loss anyone belive this theory??

If it has caffeine then it may be bit of an appetite suppressant if your susceptible to that sort of thing. Otherwise it doesn't do anything special other than hydrate, imo.3

All this. But if it is surpressing your appetite, i say go for it.
A calorie deficit will be your best friend for weight loss.2 -
I gave up drinking green tea and switched to powder Matcha, I suggest you try it1

I swapped out green tea for my daily coffee or latte and noticed my weight went down over time. I think that's more related to calories in vs calories out though!0

I believe green tea curbs my appetite. Maybe it's because I'm getting more fluids. Maybe the caffeine. I don't care.
