I'm 24 too! I've done C25k and it works great! I now run 30 minutes plus everyday with ease. When I first started, I was tired after 2 minutes and look at me now!

I have 30 day shred and I think it's great. If you want to stick with Jillian Michaels, I also have her "Banish fat, Boost Metabolism" video. It comes to about 54 minutes with warm up and cool down. Even though it's not an hour long, it's still a great way to get a longer amount of exercise as opposed to 30 day shred.
