  • My trainer gets me to do 10-15 reps, enough so the sweat is dripping down your back when you finish each set. IF you haven't trained before, keep it light and work up. Just remember if you cant feel it burn, it really did nothing but waste your time and effort. Compete against yourself. :) Hope this helps MFP mate.
  • You could try a detox to help reset your feeling of fullness trigger, there is a special word for it. Dr Mark Hymann is a really good read, nothing drastic and it really works, real food to detox. It really helped me. He has a website lots of video tutorials

  • If you go to the gym, why not do some personal training sessions. They can really help you with your exercise program. I would suggest logging everything you eat, to see if your calories are indeed in check. For effective weight loss I would consider it to be 80% diet 20% exercise. No amount of exercise will fix a bad…

  • Fitness buddies are great for encouragement I have plenty who I inspire, but mostly they inspire me, when I see how great they work out they keep me motivated. We have all been there with them damn negativity voices in our head. You need the ones that say you can do this one choice , one step at a time.
  • If you have a look on Pinterest you can make some fairly inexpensive shakes. I am a fan of the superfood ones, helped fixed my current kidney inflammation . Choose your base, water, milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut water Choose your add in, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, linseed, sesame seed, peanut butter, almond butter Power…

  • Watch your sugar intake. That bugger is pure poison. It will make those cravings spiral out of control.
  • That is so funny, think I will try that.
  • Just got a Fitbit flex a couple of weeks ago and loving it. So my advice is get a pink one and give me the small band and I will swap you for a large blue band. You can't buy pink bands separately . Loving it, great weight loss tool.
  • I find if you eat absolutely anything with 20g or more sugar, the craving nasties kick in. Most people and I would have to say especially women could crash tackle just about anyone to get a sugar hit to satisfy themselves. Here's my advice, believe me ,it is a based on experience. Most people think it is carbs, it is only…
  • Definitely don't do it. Have a look at the sodium content it is sky high. Salt adds to fluid retention and slows down weight loss. It wont make you fat, but it wont make you skinny either. Water, the elixir of life, the best thing for your body, if you want a healthy drink, try a Kale smoothie. Sounds gross. But you will…
