I just completed my day. 8 DEW points achieved. 5 points for a great diet day
-
Post a comment when they exercise or complete their diary for the day. You will be surprised, how competitive some people can be to get their points.

I believe the most points should go to diet. Well balanced nourished diet, of your choosing, stick to it. Log your foods, complete your day. That gets you 5 points. If you don't stick to your plan, no points. Intensive exercise is also up there with 5 points. We did a similar system in a 12 week exercise plan at our gym, 2…

For the exercise, weight loss or wellness you achieve in a day you are given points. The highest points for the day or week receives a crown

Still have a snack, just make it healthier. Habits are hard to break not impossible , definitely hard. Carrots and hummus, celery and peanut butter ( go easy on the peanut butter) . Make the cereal a Bircher with fruit, cookies a protein bar or ball.

I agree with all the comments. Clean eating, cardio and weights will get you there, log all your food and don't go under, or you are in for a hell of a yo you and depression. Consistence, good food will have you looking and feeling great, that is the most important thing for you health and mental health. Hang in there and…

Yes carrots and hummus are great or a bit of natural peanut butter. Almonds raw, cacao coated pepitas, coconut chips, in a little snack jar. Yummy Chia seed puddings, coconut cream, cacao, blueberries and two tablespoons chia, mix and sit, great dessert. Small ramekins dish.

Add me I eat vegan.

Nothing worked for me until I did Osha Key's, 21 day detox diet. Cleaned out all my toxins holding me back. Weight loss is now a breeze, I have a couple of kilo's to go, but I am happy where I am and looking forward to the rest of my journey. I am stronger , slimmer and healthier than I was 20 years ago.
