Been to the gym this morning and did the following; Stationary bike (moderate) 45 mins Running (5.2 mph) 43 mins Swimming (breaststroke) 20 mins and a couple of rounds of strength machine exercices. In total 1755 cals. Left to go-1695. If i go over am not too fussed as i know at the back end of August i go away for 3 days.…

Am finding running and using weights (quite heavy) is aiding my fat burning. Ive been on myfitness pal and losing the regular 2 pound a week, but stepping it up in the gym has increased it to 3-4 pound. My fitness and eagerness for running is at an all time high. I knocked 20 secs off my previous personal best for a 5k run…
