as long as I run and eat in moderation I can have whatever I want! no diet here!

Florida here! I do seem to run better in the cold but I am a big baby.Any thing below 50 degrees and in the summer anything over 80- it's treadmill time! The coldest I ever ran in was a race, it was 37 that morning.

I use to suffer till I took up running.I miss the swimming but loving the cooler temps in Florida to run in.

A little over 5 years ago I joined a gym and 3 weeks later quit smoking. I never gained any weight.Today on a good day I can run 3 miles in 27:00. I will always be a smoker,this is not my first time quitting.Lets just say I am on a good long break.

I have taken up running. Starting to find running groups and friends.

Back in the day (45 years ago) the Dr.would scream at my mother for gaining too much.He wanted 10-12 pounds for the whole pregnancy.She was miserable and starved but my sister and I came out full term healthy babies.

I got some labs back and I am 3 points away from being pre diabetic. it's ahereadity thing,my mom has it. Scared me enough to aviod donut Friday and cut back on sweets.

I got a wake up call.I am 3 points away from being pre diabetic. I am in great shape, my mom has it.If I wasnt doing what I am doing I would have it. I will fight this and limit all my sweets.
