For me, as long as I run the weight falls off and I can eat whatever I want.

I you have a problem with alcohol,you stop drinking. However if you have a problem with food you can't stop eating.

Greetings from Florida! 45 year old runner, looking for friends.

Put a cooler full of beer in the trunk of your car, then you will finish real fast!

weekends,vacation,beach,camping,daughter,gingers,beer,cake,sex,Jamaica,potatochips,paddleboarding,river,snorkeling and placing in a run.

I am 45 and an new empty nester.My goal is to keep on keping on and keep running.

I love my nutra bullet...75% greens I would never ever eat! 25% fruite that cuts the taste.(A little pineapple will go a long way!) Just drink that green sludge.

My first 5-k I won firts place in my age division but more important- I beat the pants off my younger co worker and beat "the hill". I think what did it was I had all my beach gear in car and ice cold beer. Found out I won on my way to beach and got my medal on monday from my co worker.

This is for life and slow and steady wins the race. Don't be so hard core and ridged on yourself. Enjoy:smile:

I am from Florida too and thank God for my treadmill! All I need to do to not get boared is go run outside! As I now I am breaking the poor thing down.
