Freezer meals, bulk cooking and meal planning. Those three things were a lifesaver when our children were younger and active. We also pooled meals with other family members so that Sunday's we would only cook once per month. The other Sundays were spent with family at their house.

Your HR monitor is actually attached to your body for your entire workout so the numbers should be more accurate. Depending on the monitor it can sync with your gym equipment which would then provide the same numbers for both devices.

If you don't mind my asking, why would you use an estimate over your heart-rate monitor? To me that is the equivalent of putting your food on the scale and then guessing how much it weighs. I would hazard a guess that you're burning more than you think without enough fuel to sustain your weight-loss goals.

I like what you're saying there. :bigsmile: The weight is coming down slowly for me, but the inches are disappearing at a steady rate. It can be hard when you want to see the scale move, which is why I measure myself every Sunday. I like to stay encourage. Keep up your hard work.
