  • Fortunately here in South Jersey we were lucky to not lose power yet, but UNFORTUNATELY that means we've been cooking and baking and therefore eating all day. I've eaten way too many calories! But my gym is closed due to the hurricane, so off I go to do a Jillian Michaels DVD before the power goes out!

  • I think my issues are probably considered shallow. I know Im totally healthy for my size, but I wanna be skinnier just to look better and feel more confident. I wish i could feel confident how I look now, but I dont. So losing weight will hopefully make me feel better.

  • Good to know! I did it on and off for a week or two, but I was spending more time in the gym so I kinda stopped. My college gym is terrible now though, so I think I have to rely on the shred from now on since I am more limited at the gym.
