Definitely, I eat three meals a day but don't snack. I feel full from the meals and they are decent meals. I had steak the other night and jacket potatoes with cheese so not rabbit food diet at all. I have lost a lot this week which I assume is all water weight so maybe I am a bit dehydrated as I must admit I rarely drink…

It's ebbing away now. It seems to last for about 30 minutes after eating but I am never sick. Yeah it wouldn't be my stomach yet so maybe it is in my head. In a way I have hit the point where I resent food and eating as it has caused me so much misery so maybe it's that rather than physical.
