I want to love running so much, and feel so awesome right after I give it a shot and start doing c25k, but then next day I feel like someone drilled a hole in my hip :( I'll be trying it again when I lose some weight because I'm convinced I'll become a runner.

Karen, I really don't have a plan but my solution yesterday was to go to bed right after dinner. Can't eat or smoke????Bed time :) I plan on finding a healthier and more productive solution tonight. thanks everyone for the add and encouragement!
