Id say lots of cardio, and when I say lots, I mean at least 20 minutes a day of steady cardio, along with regular weight training. If your fairly knew to fitness then bulking and cutting shouldnt even be in your vocabulary. Just simply eat what you have been eating, or even perhaps a little more with the additional cardio,…

I did a 1200 calorie plan when I needed to loose a lot of weight, trying to increase it sence im trying to gain some muscle, but I find it hard too, so I guess you could say I am a 1200 calorie guy too. =P

Put it in protein shakes, frozen yogurt, ice cream, and in my protein bars! =D

Its not your calories so much, but the food you are eating. Also, if you in a hurry for weight loss, try low carb/intermittent fasting. =)
