The one thing that I'm focusing on right now is "I will not eat unless I am calm and relaxed." Every time I go to eat, I ask myself if I'm calm and relaxed. I am so glad to hear this because for the past 5 months, every time I left a WW meeting, I kept thinking that it's me -- I'm doing something wrong. I, too, lost on the old system, gained it all back and doubled it. I did new PP for five months and I just didn't lose. Nice to know it wasn't just me.
