* tried to edit the title so I could spell weigh properly but it wouldn't let me! Sorry !!*
I dont know about other people, but personally for me, I find I lose more weight when I don't look at the scale every day. I notice that when I do start to become fanatic about it and weigh myself every morning and every night I start to stress, I read somewhere that stress increases cortisone levels and makes it harder to lose weight...and I think they are right. When I decided to weigh myself every sunday I began to see the weight come off faster. I'm only posting this right now because I was wondering if anyone else stresses about weight loss and the number on the scale daily and if they have seen really good results by doing it.

I rarely weigh myself. Though now that I KNOW I put on more then a few lbs considering half my cloths don't fit properly....I forced myself too. I want to weight myself regularly till I lose the 10lbs. Though if ate poorly or feel bloated I won't bother weighing myself. Why ruin my day right?? I'll wait till I feel better.0
