  • I would like gym that provided childcare the whole time that it was open not just for 2 hours at a time during the busiest times. Also classes at varied times it seems that certian classes are only either am or pm and it would be nice for them to be more availible time slots

  • I suggest weighing only once a week and in the am before you eat anything - our bodys weight will change daily by a few pounds.

  • I have the lean shake powder - the vanilla flavor - i use it for a breakfast on the go when i am working since i tend to eat around 4;30am but dont get lunch till at least 11:30 - helps me feel fuller alittle longer so i am not as starved by lunch time and reduces my risk of overeating

  • We switched to turkey bacon - i know somthing i thought i would never do - here it is cheaper then pork bacon and i cook it in the oven till crispy and you really cant tell a difference. It has less calories and you get the taste of bacon :)

  • if i know i am going to drink i try to have a drink then a glass of water and alternate them so i still drinking but limits how much - and also watch for the snack items when out and drinking they can kill you calorie wise too
