  • If you have cable you can also get free exercise workouts from On Demand (at least with Time warner) a great way to try before buying . I also used to have Blockbuster through the mail (kinda like Netflix) and would rent dvds to try - though i tend to get bored with the same ones so it was good for me
  • i'm 5'4 and was about 130 in high school and thought i was fat - too bad i didn't have a good image of myself i am now about 200 and trying hard to lose weight - i have slacked off a bit the last 6mths but and going back into the routine of working out and eating better. :) i would be happy about 145

  • i use one in the winter but have to use something else in the summer cause of sweating and stink - i second seeing if you can get a locker at the gym or keep a stick in your briefcase (if applicaple) or if you are at a desk in your desk. or if you have a locker at work (some jobs do) you could keep a stick there.

  • i have found as a women i use measurements more then i rely on what the scale says - and i try not to think about how the scale is going down for my dh and not for me. Focus on your clothes fitting better and your self are you feeling better more energetic etc. the scale will move eventually
