Our kids start the 15th but they also got out May 18th so they had about the same time out that I did growing up and starting after labor day but we never got out till June.

When I want somthing sweet and cold like ice cream I make a smoothie with fresh or frozen berries (somtimes strawberrys somtimes mixed) a couple Ice cubes, 2% milk (well got dh to stop drink whole but thats as low as he will go) and some raw sugar or stevia to sweeten. While you can't spot reduce I have found that lunges, squates, and walking on the treadmil at a incline has helped my thighs and rear tone up - but you still need cardio/strengh to cont with weight loss

not sure if it does or not - Its one of very few photos of me, my youngest (whos now 5 is in the photo with me - its also one of the few that I do have that I like since I am not all focused on my weight in the photo :)

I log my weights as stregth training however many minutes I do - and then I put in the sets and reps in below so that I can keep track

When I First started I was prob around 230-240 no clue since we didnt have a scale - we started by walking almost everyday - then joined the Y and started using the eliptical and walking out side when the weather was nice - then added in weight training Course then I started working full time and totally didnt exercise…

I scan alot of foods when at work - so i compare the item that poped up when scanned to the item i scanned if it is wrong then I change it. Just be aware that somtimes foods are put in wrong or not completly ex: only putting in calories no other info

I dont eat too many frozen dinners but honestly when working 12hr shifts its easier to throw a lean cuisine into my luch box then pack a full lunch esp on the 3rd or 4th day (I also drive and hour one way so its really like a 14+ hour day gone) Everything in moderation though

for me what has worked is squat - both without and with weights - currently with free weights since i dont have a gym membership lunges - same as above treadmill at a steep incline :)

Somtimes being a working/student/mom/wife etc i do get tired but I am doing this for me so I try to make myself do somthing - usually I feel better afterwords. My dh and I also included the kids in our workouts such as going hiking etc.... Which helps keep us motivated more. I have three kids 12, 9 and 5 :)
