i don't necessarily plan each meal for each day of the week but when i go grocery shopping i make a list so that i have what i need to make healthy meals throughout the week. we don't hand out candy on trick or treat night since we take our kids out - but we are doing a trunk for the trunk or treat thing we are doing at church and i am not buying any candy till the day of that way it isn't in the house so i am not tempted.

you could make a chicken or beef pot pie - mostly with veggies also use sprouted wheat flour to make muffins stuff like that

Definitely ask your OBGYN about when to start exercising When you do start drink plenty of fluid (preferably water) if you get dehydrated your milk will dry up and you can usually get your supply back up but it is alot harder then just staying hydrated and keeping it up.

i have noticed it myself even the difference btwn my dd (9 and stick thin) and ds (6 and built thick) my dd freezes all the time, i don't know the technical reason but it could do to not having as much insulation (fat).

I really like my billy's (blanks) bootcamp live - lower body and cardio --- they use the billy bands which i haven't bought yet but it is still a great workout.

good day today stayed within my calories and cooked chicken for dinner. Going to the Y tomorrow to get an application so my winter workouts don't slow down - i personally do not like working out in the cold - a plus is they have a pool so i can add swimming into my workout routine. :happy:

yes it is alot when we started I could barely walk a mile and my dh helped push me to walk further each week - during the summer our kids even walked with us. I would definitally measure yourself - I have only lost about 6 pounds but lost over 6inch from my waist before i lost the first pound. How do your clothes fit, and how do you feel overall?

walking with my dh mon-fri (we also throw in some hiking) and drinking lots of water.

i think it depends on your body too - I lost 6 inches around my waist but only like 3 pounds - definitally could tell a difference in my clothes fitting.

i buy the bite size or Halloween packaging for candy esp this time of year that way I can have alittle but don't eat a whole bunch- works well for items like candy corn and M&Ms
