Hi, Guys. I have been doing well with the calories, and trying to work in the exercise. I didnt do so well with water today, but tomorrow I will. Walked at a decent pace for 45 mins today. I did a mile and half. Have a great night, and a better tomorrow.

I ended up doing 35 mins of laps. I think it was worth it. I was so sore when I woke up this morning! My boss is giving me tips on how to start out, because I think I am not swimming right, if you can believe that. LOL. Today I will doing either my workout or treadmill. Thanks for the help!!
