Cardio. Weights at first may help lose weight but it will eventually just make you gain because of the muscle you're obtaining. Unless you're eating lower carbs and med-high protein. But as I glanced at some both are wonderful with the right eating.

Oh I started insanity last monday! I think I saw someone post at least 5 x 3 . That's about right. You just need a little extra room to be able to move side-side and front-back motions and to stretch. I just push things over in our living room, works great. Good luck to you, it's wonderful. Aside from all comments I find it best to exercise before breakfast anyways (wanted all opinions)... Especially some cardio.. Hm that would be great.. I personally am obsessed with the thought of exercising before breakfast with a gradual cool down period of at least 20 min. before I eat my breakfast.. (usually spent cooking my breakfast haha)
