Lift before cardio if you do both in one day. If you do 60 minutes cardio, you are too tired to lift after that.

1. Boot for plantar fasciitis. Check on amazon. 2. Calf raises exercise. Those work for me. But good shoes definitely. Never wear flip flop.

Search some youtube video about arms. I would shoot for 5 to 8 pounds. But of course you have to tone other part of your body as well if you want to look healthy. I love the video of Chris Freytag ( 10 pounds slim down). Watch it through once before following it. Good luck.

2 weeks into September, my update Walk 🚶 40 km so far Bike 🚲 56 km Did weight training 2 to 3 times/week. So far so good 👍.

Yeah, 1. You can take as many break as you want. 2. Do your best and forget the rest from Tony Horton, P90x 3. YOu can even do modified version at the beginning. GO FOr it.

I found it is low like that too. I wear it all day and do my normal activities. And it show me that I burn about 100 cals an hours even when I walk. So MFP is way over estimate for me. I did cardio circut MFP said I burn 356 cals, but the HRM said only a little over 200 cal burn. So I end up eating too much. So after that…

I think you need to look at you food. You should weight every single pieces of food, and record it that pass your mouth. And eat half of work out calories back. I had the same problem like you. Ok, So I should eat Gross TDEE Calories and don't worried about the calories that I work out. According to my TDEE I found this morning is about 2000 cals a day. I am a bit confused. So I look back at my goals and I found that 1200 cals is a net cals. What does it mean to eat -20% TDEE? Does that mean Net cals (TDEE - 20%) or gross cals. Please can you clarified. Thanks
