I am so happy many of you stick with the same group of people every month. SO lets do it again ok?

The CHALLENGE is to pick a mode of exercise, stick with it, come when you can and log your progress. I CHALLENGE YOU TOO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR BODY AND MOVE!

My own personal goal will be a WALKING Goal. Hope too walk at least 100 Miles for September.

    Hi. I've been signing up for virtual runs to keep running. I mostly run at home. Don't have a treadmill, so i just put on my fitbit and run in place following pahla bowers' clips. I did 20km in june, 42km in july, and just completed 100km in august. Lost 2.4kg over the 3 months but i feel better and I've been told i look slimmer too, yay! September's total will be 170km. Wish me luck!

    I am new here, but love a challenge! I would like to increase my running mileage by 2 miles a run (short days 5 long days 7) and increase speed by at least .5 mph. Good luck to all!!!

    Hi I'm back just as I said I would.
    Feeling excited to start September which is odd😂. September has never made me feel excited.
    I kept coming on to check if you had made a new tread to realise I was a bit keen as it was August 30th haha.

    I'll have a look at my running plan and set a realistic goal this month. And will also aim to hit the 200km of walking again.

    Alright, so these are my goals. I hope it's ok to include boxing&yoga here. Sometimes that impacts on how much I can run.

    Saturday -- it was a bit more like winter than spring today down here in the southern-most parts of Australia, so we rode inside. My husband did one loop on Zwift's flat route, and I did two.

    Count me in, too! I'm new but ready to get on the wagon with everyone. 'Nothing changes till something changes'. I will commit to walking 100 miles for the month of September. It will be a tough goal for me to meet but I am up to the challenge. My health and scale will love me for it :smile: Please feel free to add me to your friend list and keep me posted.     Sept. 1st jogged 5 miles/5 mph on treadmill
    I increased my speed to 5.1 mph on mile 4. It felt pretty good so next Monday (9/3/18) hope to run at least half my steady run at 5.1 mph

    I’m with you @Machka9 We are on the far south coast NSW. No spring weather here yet, so indoor sports are the go!

    01/09 20mins y@h, 1km run 🤔 I had to stop as it didn't feel right, my legs were too heavy and I felt tired from clearing out the shed all day, ao instead I just walked and didn't quite make mu goal: 9166 steps walked

    Starting slow as to not burn myself out.

    My main form of exercise right now is an elliptical and calculated about 3,168 strides to be a mile.
