    Starting slow as to not burn myself out.

    My main form of exercise right now is an elliptical and calculated about 3,168 strides to be a mile.

    05/09 today I managed to start the day with a 4km run! Yoga class in the eve and 14,091 walking steps - i already built up a whole day's buffer
