I drink a tall glass first thing in the morning, and then I keep a litre bottle near me at work. I talk a lot during the day and I get parched... having the water with me is awesome! I easily drink 1 bottle at work, and then I have a tall glass with each meal. It goes pretty well if you spread it out.
