Moobs are primarily a body fat issue as Brad and Richie rightly say. Depending on your body then anything from ~18%-30% body fat could be the point where you'll get visible moobs (though some men just won't get them). 260g of protein (4:1 protein:bodyweight) is a very high protein intake. I've seen body-building plans that go as high as 1.5g/kg of protein but even then only if 1.25g/kg wasn't working. So I'd be very dubious if that was being suggested. You do need to account for the fact that you're eating more than in a normal balance…
