exercise away my moobs?

what is a good exercise to tighten my pecs, and get rid of man boobs!

    Push-ups or bench presses. You can develop the muscles, but can't spot reduce fat.

    fat loss and patience are best. It comes off how and when it likes. The stomach and chest are two of the last places for many men.

    My belly and moobs have been slowly dwindling through running. Bench press and military press should help keep the skin a little more taught and looking good.

    Moobs are primarily a body fat issue as Brad and Richie rightly say. Depending on your body then anything from ~18%-30% body fat could be the point where you'll get visible moobs (though some men just won't get them).

    It might also be worth taking some pics just so you can see the change as you lose weight. You'll find it hard to see a change by looking in the mirror but you may have actually improved considerably and knowing that can motivate you to continue.

    Rumor has it, boobs are one of the first things to go on a woman but the last thing to go on a guy. Sucks, I know. I'm working hard on my pecs right now, but patiently waiting while the fat goes away. I know mine are considerably smaller, but still there and I expect them to be there to the bitter end...they're just mocking me at this point.
