I should mention too, the guy who made the comment is a jerk who tries to flirt with my daily, so it made it that much easier to snap at him when he looked me up and down and so eloquently stated "You pregnant?" Grrrrrr

I'm sorry you're having a tough time...I go through that sometimes. What has helped me is taking vitamins, reducing sugar, and getting more protein (like lean chicken). I take a good multi with greens (GNC Mega Green for Women) plus a calcium supplement and that seems to help level me out. I think that also doing exercise…

Lost about 1 pound this week. I did well with the water drinking. It has made the biggest difference for me drinking water before breakfast. I feel fuller longer.

This sounds like my husband and I. I make lasagna in two bread pans rather than one big one, then I can have veggie lasagna and he can have one with lean ground beef.
