  • Subway is always a good choice. Panera has their calories listed on the menu. Wendy's has tons of good options. McD's has gotten some salads that are pretty good.   • This morning I did 1 egg + egg beater, 2 slices of turkey bacon, & 2T of pepperjack cheese inside of 1/2 a whole wheat pita w/ a cup of coffee. A little higher in calories than I would normally do but it was so yummy!
  • I usually weigh myself in the morning. You're most likely going to weigh less in the morning vs the afternoon vs the evening. But as long as you weigh around the same time every time it shouldn't matter.

  • During the week I usually eat dinner between 6-7. On the weekends that's usually much later. My boyfriend works 2nd shift & gets on a schedule of eating dinner late. I'll eat with him on the weekends. This has never effected my weightloss. Like someone else said, your body can't tell time.
