Is there anything you NEVER track?
I never track my coffee. I don't have it everyday, but I do have it most days. I use splenda & FF 1/2 & 1/2 in it. I don't go overboard with the cream & sugar. At most I'll have 2 cups when I have it at all. I've never had trouble losing weight & still enjoying my coffee. If I splurge & go to Starbucks or make something…
