  • I'm so glad I found this post! I have a cystocele and rectocele and am trying to get back in shape after having g 2babies in 18 months. I am glad to see there are some things I can do and that I'm not the only one!! I'm hoping to have more babies too but afraid of what will happen to my body....
  • I was wondering about that! Thanks for the info.
  • My little one was due in April but born in March. I lost all the weight I gained with him but still have 20 pounds to lose from his sister who is 18 months older. =P Hopefully we all lose the weight quickly.
  • I suggest adding breastfeeding in as a snack so that you get more calories. Everything I have read says you need 2000-2500 to keep your milk supply. I dropped my milk supply entirely and baby was up to eat every hour when I followed the 1400 a day rule.

I do walk-today it was 3 miles with a baby strapped on and a toddler in the stroller-and I do work out videos. Plus I never sit down…
  • I'm tempted to try upping the calories but am really scared I will just gain and gain and not lose!! Then I'll be stuck at an even higher weight.... Thanks for the encouragement. I loved breastfeeding my daughter and did so until I was 1/2 way through my pregnancy with Owen and she was 14 months. I wish I had been able to…
  • I have the same problem, so I quit taking them. good luck!
