Right now I am doing cardio 60 min 5 days a week to jumpstart the weight loss and have worked my way up t that over the last three weeks. I have consulted with a trainer and will be incorporating strength training into the routine next week.

I did my cardio for the last two days on an empty stomach. The problem I experienced was taking my pre-workout supplement with nothing in my stomach. I did not find that fun, however, I did find that eating something light like a few bites of no sugar added grapefruit pieces took a bit of the edge off of that.
