Have it. Moderation is key. I still have my chocolate-just smaller. I now buy kisses to keep around for such occassions. Also-they just came out with Hershey Drops-Just bought some today to try.

Well-it was a bad week all around. I ended up giving up yesterday, to be honest. Ate tons of stuff I shouldn't have because all I can see is that I am trying, and giving up things I like-with little to no results. Back to counting today. My goal is to just stay focused and remember to take it one day at a time.

I was given 1200 when I wanted to lose 2 pounds a week, so I put myself at a 1 pound a week loss and now have 1360. It is just because everyone is a different size, etc. I can tell you-it is going to take awhile for me to be able to get down to the 1200 level! I still have to try to not go over now!

Well...somehow between yesterday and today-I gained two pounds. I am hoping that it is just because I had a heavier dinner. Current weight 175.2 For some reason, I am unable to access the spreadsheet. Not sure why. I only lost .6 pounds. I know it is a loss-and for that I am glad-guess I just thought I was doing better than that! Oh well-more exercise and water coming my way!:ohwell:

That actually just became a law-and you will start seeing this more often. Panera is volunteer, but now others will be forced to. I keep this up all day long, and then check it when I get home:) I think you can say I might be addicted to this site! I do check FB, but I do prefer the encouragement here. Everything you eat has calories. Brocolli is better for you to eat-but it still has calories. 33 isn't a lot-so it isn't telling you not to eat it. Now, if you were in Weight Watchers before-yup, we were told they were free:)

My husband is very supporting. One thing that I have him do-when we buy treats-they go in his office. If they are out-I will eat them, so he puts them away and eats them. I don't mind if he has them-I just can't have them!

Only when I do a deep clean. Not for normal cleaning days.

I am heavier the week before-then it starts to go down by the week I am off....so for two weeks I can't truly track weight-kind of sucks!

Zumba and Wii Fit Plus. BEST EVER:) I have Biggest Loser too-but I like the other two better. Just a personal preferance. There wasn't anything wrong with it-and felt like a good workout-however-I have to have fun, or I am not doing it. The two I mentioned, to me, are fun.

I have upped my fiber and protein-and that actually really works for me. I stay full, longer by watching those two things.
