  • Ken's Lite Northern Italian Dressing. 45 calories. Just use enough to make the bread not as dry. Also pickles are great on sandwiches. I also use light Miracle Whip. 20 calories for a Tbsp which is all you need. I hate dry bread as well.
  • I work in a office so I take a walk. You can also find you a place and do some squats. Leg exercises burn more that arms since they are larger muscles.
  • Drink a lot of water. It helps to control your hunger by keeping you full.
