  • I understand exactly where you are. I have found that if I surround myself with people that share my goals it helps but it also helps that I have fitness fanatic friends that encourage me to keep going when I get down on myself.
  • I took Adipex for 4 months and lost 45 pounds. I felt great at the time with the exception of extremely dry mouth. Once I stopped taking it the weight came back. Its has been easier to maintain my current weight loss by changing my diet and exercising.
  • Overnight Oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter keep me full until lunch time. Another option I do is 2 eggs over easy with two pieces of canadian bacon thats about 270 calories.
  • I love kale chips.......The key is to not overseason them. I just toss them in olive oil then bake at 425 till crisp but not black. After they are done I sprinkle sea salt on them. My kids even love them.
  • I am doing 1200 a day and most days don't eat my workout calories. I am finding that I am full from my meals but not so full that I can't function for the rest of the day.
