Anything by Billy Blanks, Jr. Cardioke is good because you sing while dancing/exercising and thus burning more calories. Any of the Dance With Me videos are good because you are doing a mix such as Hip Hop, Latin, Disco, African, etc. Great workouts!

I wasn't too upset by Lori, but definitely had a reaction to T-Dog. My husband and I were joking that the show can only have one Black guy at a time since it looks like they may replace T-Dog with the inmate who stepped up at the end! :laugh:

I think the snack packs may be the best idea. Or portioning out the jar as soon as you get it home.

I've tried several different brands of turkey bacon and even tried the Morning Star soy bacon...there is NOTHING like regular pork bacon, so I just don't even bother anymore. I do, however, eat turkey sausage.

^^THIS I absolutely LOVE oatmeal raisin cookies and can't stand chocolate chips. I've been bamboozled several times into biting into what I thought was a delicious oatmeal raisin cookie only to find it was chocolate chip! :sad:
