Your fine. You don't have to eat all the calories your working out. That's how you'll lose. Just stick to your 1200 and you'll be happy with the result.
-
Organic is definitely better, just cost more unfortunately.
-
What a success story!!! Congrats.

Don't get discouraged. Your body is shifting, building muscle. Just stay the course.
-
Welcome and you can do it!

Definitely hit the chiropractor. A doctor will only give you pain killers at best. Chiropractor will solve the problem.

I agree!!! Keep the yolk of at least one egg and use the whites for the rest of the omelet. You need fat to lose fat people!
-
Drink more water!!!!! Also medications (even the pill) might be aiding you in retaining fluids.

The body is designed to take it off slowly. Also, many times hormones are a factor which we are unaware of so it makes weight gain easier and faster.
-
Sounds excellent! I use one egg and two egg whites, that would lover the calories as well.
-
Hi and welcome! I don't weigh anything. Over time you kinda of get a handle on what portion size should be.

It's worth it. Stick with it :)

Welcome. Organic is best, if you can find it and afford it.
-
I would go with the gym. I've done both and am definitely self-motivated. However there is something extra you get when you physically have to go there. You work a little harder, you're not distracted by anything at home, it really is YOUR time.

OMG what a victory!!!!!!

This is the toughest season food wise and trying to stay on track. Yes, lots of water, hot herbal teas always make me feel fuller, moderation and not missing a workout. That's the best we can do.

I like almond butter. Not really a sweet eater so I can't think of anything other then fruit that would appeal to me. My issue is salt. Sorry.
-
Welcome aboard! Nice to meet you. This is a terrific site. Let me know if I can help in anyway.
-
I would use aerobic high impact for a very active boot camp workout.
-
Salt is so the key for me. I went up a pound from the chips I took in the past two days, even though I stayed within my calories!
-
If you really want a healthy cleanse, just juice fruits and veggies for a day or two. Then go back to your regular calorie intake. All that stuff costs more money and the ingredients are sketchy.

Better to eat at least 3 meals a day to maintain your insulin levels. Don't let your body think your starving because it will store the calories you take in later on.
