Jillian Michaels DVD's
I've been doing Jillian Michaels DVD Ripped in 30 and don't know how to list it in my exercise. I just put 30 minutes of strength training under the cardio section but think I actually burn more calories then that. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I've been on here for the past 35 days and am looking for anyone dealing with menopause and finding it difficult to lose, even though you are eating within your calories and exercising. Looking for any tips you may have. It's quite the challenge.
